Next Stage Initiative
Available Light Theatre (Columbus), known as central Ohio’s most vibrant presenter of new and original theatrical productions, was called one of the “hippest, hottest, companies in the country” by American Theatre magazine.
With their founder and Executive Director, Matt Slaybaugh, I co-produced the Next Stage Initiative between 2014 and 2018. Each year, we nurtured four to six new plays in workshop stagings with a rabid focus on investigation, revision, and experimentation.
